| The lever harp is another monument to the grace of God. I believe He often plants a desire in our hearts and then gives us the privilege of asking and receiving! This instrument, made by the Bruners of Heartland Harps, was *given* to me on indefinite loan by a gentleman who drove down from New Jersey to deliver it in person. It has 32 strings with sharping levers (that I havent tackled /yet!/), but there's some beautiful music in there! Click on "Links" to visit one of my favorite harpists.

| I've also "fiddled" with the fiddle, but ended up returning it to the lady that gave it to me. Her nephew expressed an interest in it, and I was all in favor of keeping it in the family. I also acquired a "Pono" tenor ukulele in Hawaii (that extra piece of luggage was a real challenge in the airports!), but I am reminded why I never really gravitated to fretted instruments...
